Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our client in the Banking and Finance industry. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any related field and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a Call Center environment. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our banking products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Providing accurate information about our banking products, services, and policies.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating account information as needed.
  • Following communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality service.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Call Center Specialist in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
  • Multilingual abilities (local languages) would be an advantage.
  • Experience with call center technology and telephony systems.
