Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner at STUDIO MIMZY. The Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to drive business growth and development. Some work from home is acceptable, with the role primarily located in Kumasi.
Qualifications
- A background in the printing industry is a plus.
- Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills
- Ability to invest in the business - either in cash or network
- Financial Acumen and Budget Management skills
- Negotiation and Relationship Management skills
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the design or creative industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
