Job Summary
As an engineer on the Ads product team, you'll work on efforts focused on generating revenue for the success of the company and mission. As part of a highly cross-functional development team, you'll work closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers, build data-intensive applications and systems to enable advertisers to reach a well-targeted audience, and ensure that our users experience ads comparable to the quality of the content they appear alongside.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guide a cohort of nurse practitioners through the entire journey of launching, managing, and expanding their practices
- Be comfortable “doing things that don’t scale” to gain early adoption in Arizona. Be scrappy. Meet with our partners and help them achieve their practice goals
- Use data to drive both strategic decision-making and operational improvements
- Come up with a playbook to launch the company in future markets
- Work with design, product, and engineering to help communicate customer needs
What you’re like:
- You are kind, hardworking, curious, intelligent, and excited about deeply getting to know our customers
- You have 3-5 years of work experience (e.g., experience at a top-tier consulting firm and/or experience at a high-growth technology company, ideally in a BizOps or Strategy role)
- You are highly organized, and able to prioritize and execute on multiple important projects in parallel
- You are adaptable, proactive, and excited about working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
- You are based in LA (or willing to move to LA), excited about in-person work, and willing to travel to Arizona
