In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Serves as a resource on projects and work assignments Monitors and communicates project status to project team. Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.

Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.
Manages the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline. Manages a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.
Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively. Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently.
Manages the process to identify, assess and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and processes to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of negative events or to maximize the realization of positive events.
Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Minimal level of relevant work experience required. Responsible to conduct analysis, prepare reports, and summarize and interpret information for leadership review.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical support teams to translate business requirements into workable solutions. Prepares reports, evaluations, and other research to assist business needs.
Prepares and tracks Sales and Service contracts. Responsible for Sales force analytics for sales and service teams.
Have quantitative and qualitative competencies to aid a variety of business strategy and development projects within and across multiple business units
Qualifications
Education/Experience
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Proficient in use of analytical tools such as Power BI Tools, Excel, Tableauetc. to enhance dashboards, performance cell reports and forecast models.
