Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Keys to success
Own and manage operational efficiency by ensuring:
- All projects are properly and promptly captured in traffic.
- All projects are initiated with an appropriate client approved brief.
- All cost estimates and preform as are properly and promptly prepared and approved ahead of execution.
- All project tasks are properly and promptly assigned to team members for execution.
- All projects are monitored to ensure timely delivery and, when necessary, rescheduled with client consent to avoid client outrage.
- All projects are delivered to excellent client feedback (delight and not just satisfy) and within budget.
- All project related records are filled appropriately and on time
Own and manage all commercial issues related to accounts brought in by team responsible for customer acquisition by ensuring:
- Invoices are prepared and delivered on time.
- Receivables do not age beyond 10 days after project delivery (Except in instances where a different payment plan is approved by the MD prior to project execution).
- Revenue and gross profit targets (excluding those dependent on yet to be acquired customers) are met on time.
- Create, own & implement inexpensive but efficient activities to support customer retention efforts (out of sight = out of mind)
- Track client birthdays and send out customized birthday cards and gifts.
- Send out a curated gifts for end of year/new year, etc.
Own and manage additional HR/ Administrative responsibilities like:
- Creating and managing leave schedules.
- Hosting guests invited for quartley talks (office setups refreshments, etc.),
- Managing employee retreats, off-site meetings etc
Assessment for role:
Knowledge
- At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably with focus on a math-based and/or behavioral-based program
Skills
- Ability to organize and compute data in Excel.
- Operational effectiveness as well as an ability to work across multiple departments and juggle numerous projects simultaneously on intense deadlines.
- Ability to read what client isn’t saying verbally or in written form.
- Ability to tell when a project needs to be reset.
Attributes

Experience
- Minimum of 4years experience in a project management role that also required relationship management.
- Experience in the advertising/ marketing industry will be an added advantage but not a requirement.
