Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors.
Marketing
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design marketing materials for campaigns.
- Plan and organize promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, to build an online presence.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Gather client feedback to improve the company’s products and services.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on business development and marketing activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Set and monitor performance metrics to evaluate success and ROI.
Job Expectations
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exhibit high levels of professionalism and integrity in dealings with clients.

- Efficiently use the company-provided car to meet clients, attend events, and carry out field duties.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing industry in Ghana.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Location: Accra
Salary Range: GHS 6,000/month + Car for duty execution
Employment Type: Full Time
