The Business Development/Marketer will drive growth and identify new opportunities with Us. The individual will develop and maintain client relationships, create strategic marketing campaigns, and contribute to achieving the company’s revenue targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors.


Marketing

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design marketing materials for campaigns.
  • Plan and organize promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, to build an online presence.


Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Gather client feedback to improve the company’s products and services.


Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on business development and marketing activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Set and monitor performance metrics to evaluate success and ROI.


Job Expectations

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit high levels of professionalism and integrity in dealings with clients.
  • Be proactive and innovative in identifying growth opportunities
  • . Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Efficiently use the company-provided car to meet clients, attend events, and carry out field duties.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing industry in Ghana.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.



Location:  Accra

Salary Range: GHS 6,000/month + Car for duty execution

Employment Type: Full Time
