We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help us scale our operations, expand our reach, and build strategic partnerships for both platforms. Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user acquisition and market penetration for both the trucking platform and auto parts app.
  • Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with trucking companies, automotive suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales and Revenue: Drive revenue growth by creating and implementing sales strategies tailored to target markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business objectives and ensure platform success.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of business development initiatives and report results to the leadership team.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the logistics, automotive, or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the trucking and/or auto parts market is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
