Job Summary
A leading company that is into the sale of security doors and accessories is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager (preferably a lady) for Kumasi. The Business Development Manager is going to be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and creating strategies to increase sales in his or her assigned territory while managing his or her team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the shops and the sales officers under his or her territory.
- Training and development of the sales officers, handling appraisals, and the needs assessments of the sales team.
- Leading with the community activations at the various locations where our shops are located to enhance sales and brand visibility.
- Leading business development with B2B clients like real estate companies, prospecting on major projects, etc.
- You would be expected to build the database of the B2B clients and high-end potential customers with the assistance of the Head of Sales and Marketing.
- Any other assignment that would be directed by management.
Skills & Qualification
- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Good communication and presentational skill.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and the ability to lead him or herself and the team under his or her portfolio.
- Result-oriented.
- A person with a high level of integrity
Location: Kumasi
Salary Range: Attractive & Negotiable
