Business Development Manager at Reputable Rural Bank

A reputable rural bank in the Ashanti Regions is requiring the services of qualified persons for the following job position: Business Development Manager



Key Responsibilities



• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities

• Development and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Knowledge in managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth

• Analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and deliver presentations to customers, partners and other stakeholders

• Lead and manage a team of business development professionals



Qualification Required & Experience



• A good first Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Sociology or Communication from a recognized institution

• A minimum of 5 years working experience in a Banking environment at a managerial level

• MBA qualification will be an added advantage
