Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Brand Influence and Communications Manager to develop marketing strategies.
- Develop tactics and comprehensive implementation plans to execute the sales strategy.
- Liaise with the Brand Influence and Communications Manager to create and deliver excellent presentations and marketing material to increase the patronage of our services.
- Provide weekly, monthly, termly and annual sales reports to help in managerial decision making.
- Recruit, train and supervise first class staff and set high performance standards for staff to handle.
- Play coaching and leadership roles in staff development.
- Create ideas and solutions to make service delivery better and profitable.
- As a team player, perform any necessary role and/or task to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Uphold company values in the execution of tasks
Required Skills or Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or any related field.
- Must have at least 5 years of working experience in sales.
- In-depth working knowledge of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
- Workable knowledge in Strategic Management and Project Management.
- Ability to plan and organize service delivery presentations to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability and able to interpret and use marketing data.
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Good collaboration skills in working with creative and remote teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Resilient and good critical thinking skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft office suite, Google drive and other collaborative tools.
Salary Range: Ghc 8,000.00 plus 20% commission on business brought in.
