Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy, increase revenue, and retain high-value clientele.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events and campaigns that captivate and attract target audiences.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adapt strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
