We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead efforts in driving hotel occupancy, boosting revenue, and fostering long-term client relationships. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy, increase revenue, and retain high-value clientele.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events and campaigns that captivate and attract target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adapt strategies to meet or exceed targets.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
