Job Summary
Nyarko Facilities Management (NFM) is seeking proactive and results-driven Business Development Executives to promote and sell auto insurance policies. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong sales and marketing skills, relationship management, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation
- Identify and engage potential customers, including private car owners and commercial fleet operators.
- Generate leads through referrals, cold calls, networking, and online marketing.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable auto insurance policies.
- Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support, including policy renewals and claims assistance.
- Educate clients on auto insurance policies, terms, and benefits.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Marketing and Business Development
- Work closely with the NFM sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media for marketing and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and industry trends.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the company’s reach.
Sales Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance and work towards achieving and exceeding targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- SHS certificate, diploma, or higher qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or insurance sales (auto insurance experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of auto insurance policies and industry regulations is an advantage.
- Must own or have access to a smartphone and laptop for client interactions and reporting.
Work Locations
- Ashanti Region – Kumasi and surrounding areas.
- Eastern Region– Koforidua and nearby cities.
- Bono Region – Sunyani and neighboring towns.
- Volta Region– Ho and nearby cities
