This role involves prospecting, conducting product demos, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has experience in ERP or software sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and selling ERP solutions to new customers.
- Following up on leads, outbound calling, and social selling using LinkedIn and other applications.
- Conducting consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations, and tender responses.
- Delivering compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of enterprise software solutions.
- Learning the value proposition and use cases for the assigned portfolio.
- Owning contract negotiation, preparation, and closing of sales.
- Keeping up to date with market developments, such as major regulatory changes and new product offerings.
- Preparing and maintaining an effective sales plan.
- Keeping an accurate record of all client activity, pipeline, and forecasts within CRM software.
Requirements:
- Graduates in Marketing or Business Management with some understanding of IT software and solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in ERP solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
