Company Overview:

KOOK is revolutionizing workplace catering by offering diverse and healthy meal options from certified kitchens. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team and help expand our market presence.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct sales presentations to demonstrate KOOK’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Track and report sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
