Responsibilities:

  • Review and clarify client requests to meet design requirements.
  • Create consultant-grade PowerPoint slides with clarity and professionalism - this includes complex illustrations and advanced analytical charts / graphs / diagrams. 
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve design skills and share best practices.
  • Consistently train to improve both communication and design abilities.
  • Meet deadlines efficiently while managing time effectively in a remote environment.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Exceptional comprehension and analytical skills in reading, writing, and speaking international business English.
  • Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with attention to detail in delivering high-quality slides.
  • A reliable internet connection and a backup power solution to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Passion for problem-solving, communication, and design—this role focuses on using design as a medium for clear communication.

Application Process:

Stage 1: Submit your CV, portfolio (top 3 design works from the last 3 months), and complete an online Cognitive Ability & English Proficiency Test.

Stage 2: Qualified candidates will have 1 month to prepare for a technical test, with access to practice materials and periodic feedback from the team.

Stage 3: Final interview for those who pass the technical test.


Stage 2 Requirements:
A functional PC, external mouse, reliable internet, and backup power.
