Breakfast Chef

Job Description:

• Culinary training and experience in breakfast and intercontinental dishes.
• Experience as a line cook or in similar kitchen roles to understand operations.
• Menu planning skills with knowledge of ingredients, costing, and flavor profiles.
• Kitchen management experience, including staff supervision and inventory control.
• Good knowledge of food safety and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

• Must ensure to manage the kitchen operations.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and develop new menu items.
• Work with management to plan special menus for events, promotions and holidays.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presentation in the kitchen.
• Manage preparation of high quality food, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation and portioning.
• Monitor kitchen inventory and order supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, food purchase and expenses.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• 2 years and above of experience as a Chef.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent leadership ability and skills.
• Must ensure to provide the best of customer service.
