We are looking for a creative and strategic Branding and Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence and drive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Branding:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring messaging and visual identity align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer insights and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee the creation of branding materials, including logos, packaging, and promotional content.

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring regular content updates and audience engagement.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive website traffic and lead generation.
  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize future efforts.

Public Relations & Partnerships:

  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and distribute press releases and brand-related announcements.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the brand.



Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
