The job holder will be responsible for building brand awareness, maintaining brand image, making the brand promotion plans, and the development around the brand, completing the campaign plan independently, manage the Ghana brand team.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Accountabilities

Campaign Development and Management:

  • Possess a strong understanding of various marketing channels, such as social media, email, search engine marketing, influencer marketing, and more, to leverage the strengths of each channel and achieve the brand's marketing objectives.
  • Assist in developing the brand strategy and creating marketing campaigns with clear timelines and actionable steps
  • Develop and implement a PR matrix, as well as plan and organize various PR-themed events.
  • Develop and oversee creative strategies for hard advertising campaigns across television, outdoor, and radio platforms.
  • Develop video related campaign strategies, oversee video production, and analyze performance to optimize for maximum brand channel planning and optimization and develop data-driven user acquisition strategies across paid platforms, such as monitor performance metrics, uncover optimization opportunities, and iterate campaigns to improve conversion funnel efficiency
  • Ensure brand identity consistency in marketing campaigns across different brand creations by adhering to the company's branding guidelines and standards.
  • Assist in setting marketing budgets and allocating resources to effectively utilize the allocated budget throughout the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing improvements to deliver the most effective targeted campaigns and brand experiences to consumer and business segments.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare reports, having regular in-depth discussions with the Global Brand Team on performance and progress towards objectives, and adjust strategies as needed.


 Collaboration, Execution and Team Management:

  • Leveraging and using the assets and qualities of the brand to design, coordinate, and implement a variety of brand events that take place both online and offline over the course of the year.
  • Assist Global Brand Team to collaborate with mainstream media channels and sponsor parties such as BVB.
  • Assist Global Brand Team to build a brand PR network and handle branding PR crisis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the brand's search engine optimization (SEO) performance.
  • Build and manage the brand team, including recruitment, provide guidance and review goals and KPI to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing multimedia team to concept, produce, and deploy impactful video commercials, striking outdoor advertisements, and compelling radio spots to ensure messaging is consistent across channels while optimized for each medium.


 Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct surveys and maintain close communication with internal departments to gather customer feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze market feedback, customer response, reviews, engagement metrics, and other relevant data to gain deep insights into the market environment, customer needs, competitors, and the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Utilize research to track and evaluate brand performance and prepare analytical reports for the Global Brand Team, including up-to-date industry trends
  • Assist the Global Brand Team in utilizing this information to optimize their strategies and improve overall marketing performance.

 

 Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years proven experience in brand building & management or a similar role and at least 3 years in a management role. Industry-related experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan and organize events and campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent Planning Skills: Proven expertise in developing strategic plans and executing them successfully.
  • Confident Public Speaking: Ability to perform confidently and maintain composure in public and media settings.
  • Clear Reporting Skills: Exceptional ability to generate clear, concise, and comprehensive reports.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target customers.
  • High level of attention to detail in terms of content, design, and brand.
  • Strong oral, and written communication. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Previously successful cooperation with mainstream media is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with using SEO, network marketing, PR, database marketing, event marketing, and other rich integrated marketing communication tools to achieve brand communication goals.

 




Gross Salary: GHS7,000 – GHS10,000

Location: Accra

Employment Type: Full Time.
