Branch Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the spa.
•  Ensure all services are provided to the highest standards.
•  Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
•  Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
•  Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
•  Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
•  Work closely with the Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Must be tolerant.
•  Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
•  Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
•  Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
•  Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
•  Excellent customer service skills.
•  Ability to lead and motivate a team.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
•  Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
•  Strong problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
•  HND / Degree in a Business Administration or equivalent and additional certification management is a plus.
•  Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•  Must be smart and work under pressure.
•  Effective problem solving in Client/ Employees on shift which may arise.
