Branch Manager (Takoradi and Koforidua)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Promote and market the business to attract new customers and explore niche markets.
• Manage branch budgets, and maintain accurate statistical and financial records.
• Sell travel products and tour packages, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Source travel products and destinations that align with client demands.
• Deliver and exceed branch performance targets and productivity goals.
• Participate in familiarization visits to new destinations to gather firsthand information on client needs and industry trends.
• Address customer inquiries and strive to meet or exceed their expectations.
• Provide detailed monthly sales reports to the head office.
• Motivate the sales team to hit and surpass their targets, ensuring branch profitability.
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, training, and retention of staff.
• Achieve a monthly target of acquiring seven new clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a branch or team.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
