The Branch Managers will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the branch teams to achieve operational and strategic objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
The successful candidates will:
- Supervise and manage all branch activities, including customer service, operations, sales, and compliance.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch's deposit base and loan portfolio.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of branch targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to branch staff to enhance productivity and morale.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and the community to foster trust and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Act as the primary representative of the bank in the local community, promoting the bank's brand and services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a branch managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in T24 banking software.
- Sound knowledge of banking operations, policies, and regulations.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and community engagement.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented and proactive.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
