Job Summary

The Branch Managers will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the branch teams to achieve operational and strategic objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

The successful candidates will:

  • Supervise and manage all branch activities, including customer service, operations, sales, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch's deposit base and loan portfolio.
  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of branch targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to branch staff to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and the community to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Act as the primary representative of the bank in the local community, promoting the bank's brand and services.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a branch managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in T24 banking software.
  • Sound knowledge of banking operations, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and community engagement.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented and proactive.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
