Job Summary
Business intelligence intern provides analytic support via hands-on Excel work while leveraging other tools as necessary (SQL, Python, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support, improvising, analysis and insights as required.
- Provide ad-hoc support relating to data extraction and reporting.
- AssistinCRMfunctionalityasfarasitpertainstodatagathering,reporting, and CRM process optimization.
- Work with BI Analyst to understand CRM process and data capture
Requirements:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers.
- Assist in developing and executing out bound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Qualifyleadsbasedonpredefinedcriteriaandensureaccuratedataentryin the CRM system.
- Schedulemeetingsanddemoswithqualifiedleadsforoursalesexecutives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation efforts and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and results.
Pipeline and Data base Management:
- Maintainaccurateandup-to-daterecordsofallprospectinteractionsinthe CRM (Zoho) system.
- Collaboratewiththesalesteamandmanagerstotransitionqualifiedleads and facilitate seamless hand offs.
Technical:
- Familiarity with SQL basics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software(e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Work closely with the BI central team to understand data model sand code definitions.
- Contribute to data clean sing and mining, and highlight anomalies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- You are passionate about data and its impact on the real world.
- You are eager to learn about data analytics and insight generation.
- You have an interest in data extraction, cleansing, and transformation processes.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Zoho) is a plus.
Added advantage:
- Prior experience in report writing, data analysis, or statistical interpretation
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowledge of the HR consulting industry or HR-related services is advantageous
