Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of beauty treatment skills, including facials, massages, nail and eyelash extensions, eyebrow care, and waxing. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty services to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and positive experience in a professional environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform facial treatments tailored to clients skin types and needs.
- Provide professional massage therapy to clients.
- Apply nail extensions with precision and creativity.
- Perform eyelash extension treatments with attention to detail.
- Offer eyebrow shaping, tinting, and care.
- Perform waxing services (including but not limited to body, face, and bikini waxing).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms.
- Advise clients on beauty treatments, homecare products, and aftercare services.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and treatments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or Esthetician.
- Proficiency in facial treatments, massage therapy, nail and eyelash extensions, eyebrow care, and waxing.
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform services with precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A certification in Beauty Therapy, Esthetics, or related fields is preferred.
- Must be based around the Spintex area for convenience.
Salary: A competitive salary is offered, with the final amount determined after an initial trial period. The trial period will help us assess the candidate’s skills, work ethic, and fit within the team.
