Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bakery Assistant to support the daily production and packaging of baked goods. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Responsibilities include assisting with baking, packaging products for sale, managing inventory, and coordinating product movement between bakery and packaging areas.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily production of various baked goods.
- Maintaining food safety & sanitation standards for a clean and organized environment.
- Maintain proper storage of baked products, ensuring products are sold in appropriate batches.
- Package baked products ready for sale.
- Track and report on stock levels for both baking and packaging supplies daily.
- Coordinate the movement of products from bakery to packaging.
- Ensuring client orders for production and delivery.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bakery assistant or similar role.
- WASSCE certificate or a catering course certificate 2 will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a bakery or food business is a plus.
- To work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Good organization skills.
- Pleasant disposition.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
