Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role with some flexibility for remote work for an Audit Manager at Elixir Audits. We're in search of a driven and meticulous Audit Manager to strengthen our external audit team. In this vital role, you'll provide expert evaluations of our clients' financial statements, helping to express an opinion on whether they are free from material misstatement and conform to accounting standards. Your day-to-day will involve leading audit engagements, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring audits are executed with the highest level of professional skepticism and precision, all within a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks.
• Proven experience in public accounting or similar fields.
• Stellar leadership skills with a knack for team management and staff development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical mind and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• A solid history of maintaining and building client relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and generating new business opportunities.
• Professional qualifications such as ICA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• At least 5 years of experience in external auditing, including 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
