Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assurance Manager to lead and manage assurance engagements, build client relationships, and supervise team performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and assurance, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to guide teams through complex projects while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of audit and assurance engagements for clients across various industries.
- Plan audits and develop work programs, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Review work performed by team members, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
- Identify and communicate audit issues and recommend solutions to clients.
- Liaise with client senior management to resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for value- added services.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality assurance standards.
- Mentor, train, and develop junior staff and contribute to their career growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting /Commerce, Masters in Auditing and Professional certification will be added advantage. Microsoft office suites, with advanced skills in MS-Excel.
- 5 and above years Relevant Experience in the Construction Industry. Microsoft office suites, with advanced skills in MS-Excel.
- Proven experience managing teams and multiple clients/projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
