What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and grow our optometry division, shaping our clinical standards and patient-centered care.
✔ Collaborate on the creation and implementation of vision care projects and outreach initiatives.
✔ Guide and mentor junior optometrists in accordance with the company's protocol and standards of care.
✔ Innovate with our team to improve mobile optometry services and enhance the patient-care experience.

Who You Are:
✅ A licensed optometrist with 5+ years of experience in clinical practice, mobile optometry, or vision care innovation.
✅ Innovative, proactive and entrepreneurial
