We are looking for a suitable applicant to fill the position of Assistant registrar.
Job Summary
• Applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and will be required to show high qualities of integrity, sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, precision and professionalism in administration to ensure efficient and effective management of student records
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records (electronic and hard copy)
• Generate reports on student enrollment, progression, and graduation
• Analyze data to inform academic planning and policy decisions
• Assist with academic policy implementation and compliance
Qualification Required & Experience
• Applicants must have a minimum of Master's Degree in Administration, preferably, Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration
