Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and design skills, excellent presentation abilities, and the capability to model and render architectural designs efficiently. This role requires a working knowledge of industry-standard software and the ability to meet project deadlines while supervising construction activities.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, model, and render architectural projects using relevant software.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and project requirements.
- Work closely with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Supervise the company's construction projects to ensure design integrity and quality control.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and 3D Max.
- Strong ability to design, draft, and model 3D architectural drawings.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
Academic & Experience Requirements:
- Must hold a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
- Must have completed National Service.
