Job Description/Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects
- Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
- Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in 3Ds Max/Sketchup, VR ay/Corona renderer/Unreal Engine
- Strong organizational time management skills.
- Ability to use Google Drive
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and technical design documentation
- Good knowledge of the principles and practices of architecture, not limited to color theory, composition, and photography.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Highly motivated, energetic, determined, flexible, open-minded, positive, and charismatic.
