About the Role

We are seeking an Insight Generation Specialist to design and implement advanced semantic search, statistical analysis, and data visualization methods for a voice-first analytics pipeline. Your work will power a human-first UI that enables facilitators, participants, and evaluators to explore emergent insights from conversational data.

Success in this role means transforming unstructured text data into meaningful, actionable insights—leveraging vector search, clustering, topic evolution, and statistical analysis to surface trends, patterns, and key moments within evolving discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop natural language-driven insight generation tools that combine semantic search (LLM-based) with statistical time-series analysis.
• Implement and fine-tune vector-based search for contextualizing insights within a timeline.
• Design and apply clustering, tagging, sentiment analysis, and topic evolution methods to structure and interpret conversation flows.
• Optimize retrieval mechanisms to ensure queries return relevant, high-quality insights.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that data-driven insights are intuitive and accessible for facilitators and participants.
• Maintain and refine scalability strategies for handling growing datasets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong background in NLP, machine learning, and statistical analysis (LLMs, embeddings, topic modeling, clustering, time-series forecasting).
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., PostgreSQL with pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Expertise in data pipelines for text processing and insight extraction.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.).
• Understanding of information retrieval, search ranking, and query optimization.
• Experience working with unstructured conversational data and developing interactive analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to balance exploratory research and practical implementation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, Node.js, or front-end integration for insight display.
• Familiarity with facilitation methodologies, action-learning, or reflective practices.
