Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve revenue targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
  • Work with colleagues to devise advertising campaign that meets clients brief and budget.
  • Present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) the campaign ideas and budget to clients.
  • Liaise with, and act as the link between, clients and the agency by maintaining regular contact and communication with both.
  • Negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
  • Handle budgets, manage campaign costs and invoice clients.
  • Write reports.
  • Undertake administrative tasks.
  • Make pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency.



Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative and be flexible.
  • Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective team working skill
  • Passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good advertisement.
  • Resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
  • IT literacy and an awareness of how the industry is developing through new communication technologies.



Requirement:

Academic Qualifications/Education:

A bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, management, journalism, or other relevant field is required.


Experience:

Progressive working experience of 1-3 years as an account executive, business development or similar marketing roles.
