We are looking for a passionate and proactive leader with team management skills, experience in manufacturing and for natural skincare products.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments and arrange meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records and files.
  • Develop and implement filing systems.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory.
  • Enter data into database s or spreadsheets.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide customer service and support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Coordinate events, conferences and meetings.
  • Arrange catering, accommodations and logistics.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Assist with hardware and software maintenance.


Requirements:

  • High school, Diploma, HND, Degree.
  • Experience 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with database management and record keeping systems.
  • Certified administrative professional (CAP) or certified administrative assistant (CAA) certificates are advantageous.
  • May work in various industries, including business, healthcare, education, or government.
  • Typical 40-hour workweek.
