Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative affairs, including document management, meeting arrangements, etc.
- Assist the financial team with data entry and file organization
- Maintain the company's customer files and internal databases
- Responsible for email and phone communications, support team operations
- Assist the human resources department with recruitment and employee onboarding processes
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Careful, patient, able to handle multi-tasking work
- Good verbal communication skills
