Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative affairs, including document management, meeting arrangements, etc.
  • Assist the financial team with data entry and file organization
  • Maintain the company's customer files and internal databases
  • Responsible for email and phone communications, support team operations
  • Assist the human resources department with recruitment and employee onboarding processes


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Careful, patient, able to handle multi-tasking work
  • Good verbal communication skills
