Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for daily administrative affairs, such as meeting arrangements, document management, email processing, etc.
  • Coordinate office resources to ensure an orderly work environment.
  • Handle inquiries and arrangements for incoming calls, visiting customers and suppliers.
  • Assist team members in completing other administrative support tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee files and related records.


Job Requirements:


  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Have strong organizational skills, be careful and able to complete multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
