Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Job Applications:

  • Research and identify suitable job opportunities based on my criteria and career goals.
  • Complete and submit online job applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Maintain a log of all applications submitted, including dates, job descriptions, and statuses.


LinkedIn Engagement:

  • Craft personalized messages to recruiters and hiring managers on LinkedIn for each job application.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry professionals.


Documentation and Organization:

  • Keep track of job descriptions, requirements, and other relevant details for each application.
  • Organize all relevant documents, such as resumes, cover letters, and portfolio materials.
  • Assist in tailoring resumes and cover letters to match specific job requirements.


Follow-Up and Communication:

  • Track and follow up on application statuses and interview requests.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters when necessary.
  • Communicate professionally on my behalf to recruiters and potential employers.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably with a focus on job applications or recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
