Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base by promoting our consultancy services to students and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Consult with students and guardians on foreign university admission procedures.
  • Create and manage customer relationships, maintain a visitor database, and follow up with leads.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on converting leads into successful admissions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of customer information.
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain records efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
  • Be flexible with working hours to accommodate overlapping time zones with the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe.
  • Generate clients by evaluating students' academic qualifications based on requirements for the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe.


Visa Processing:

  • Accurately and efficiently process visa applications for the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Japan, and Schengen countries.
  • Ensure all application forms are completed correctly.
  • Assess visa eligibility and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on visa policies and immigration laws for the specified countries.
  • Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in visa processing.
  • Protect the security and confidentiality of applicants’ sensitive information.


Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
  • Manage and prioritize the executive's workflow, delegating tasks as needed.
  • Conduct research and analysis on key company initiatives.
  • Coordinate and prepare briefing materials and talking points for meetings and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment.



Additional Requirement

Own laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory for this remote position.
