Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overseeing and managing app-based hauling services and operational activities. This role ensures efficient service delivery, monitors system performance, and addresses customer and operational issues promptly. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between customers, service providers, and the operational team to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities below are not exhaustive and may evolve to meet business requirements:

  • Monitor app hauling services to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  • Track and respond to service requests through the app, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
  • Communicate with customers and service providers to address queries, concerns, or complaints.
  • Maintain operational records, including service logs, reports, and data entries.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to resolve logistical challenges.
  • Analyze app performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Assist in scheduling, dispatching, and tracking hauling service activities.
  • Provide feedback and training to service providers to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance user experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on service performance and operational efficiency.


Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with app-based platforms.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management.
  • Familiarity with app-based service management tools
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
