Job Description/Requirements
The administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the office and ensuring that administrative affairs are carried out efficiently and orderly. Specific tasks include:
- Handling company documents, emails, reports and contracts.\
- Archiving and managing company documents (paper and electronic versions).
- Assisting in drafting and editing internal notices, meeting minutes, etc.
- Responsible for the purchase, management and inventory maintenance of office supplies.
- Organizing and arranging meetings, including conference room reservations, meeting minutes and follow-up.
- Handling daily affairs such as company calls, emails, visitor reception, etc.
- Assisting the Human Resources Department to complete employee entry and resignation procedures.
- Maintaining employee attendance records and following up on vacation applications.
- Responsible for managing daily administrative expenses and assisting with the reimbursement process.
- Assisting the Finance Department to organize invoices, bills and other financial documents
