Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and implement administrative management systems to ensure the orderly operation of daily company activities, including office environment management, document and file management, and organization of meetings and events.

2. Design and improve the human resources management system, covering recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, etc., to achieve optimal allocation of company human resources.

3. Identify and explore channels for finding outstanding talents, including online recruitment, campus recruitment, and internal referrals, to select suitable employees for various departments.

4. Establish and maintain good relationships with existing employees to promote employee satisfaction and enhance team cohesion.

5. Organize various training courses and seminars to improve employee professional skills and career qualities.

6. Develop a reasonable compensation and benefits system and incentive mechanism based on company strategies and employee needs.

7. Coordinate with various departments to promote the smooth progress of company work.

8. Stay informed about the latest administrative and human resources management trends and methods to maintain the company's management competitiveness.



Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources management, administrative management, etc. is preferred.

2. At least three years of administrative and human resources management experience, with team management experience preferred.

3. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

4. Be passionate about enterprise management and have a good understanding of different management methods and tools.

5. Have a strong sense of service and be able to establish harmonious relationships and trust with employees.

6. Have a goal-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving or exceeding management goals.

7. Be able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Proficient in using office software for administrative affairs processing and human resources data analysis.

9. Candidates with relevant experience in the electric vehicle industry or public transportation field are preferred.

Candidates who understand Chinese are preferred.
