Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our Media Team as an Admin Media Support staff member. This role is essential to the smooth running of our services—both midweek and weekend—ensuring lyrics, sermon slides, and media content are correctly projected and well-organized ahead of time.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and project lyrics, sermon notes, and announcements during live services.
  • Coordinate with worship leaders to receive and arrange song sets in advance.
  • Maintain and organize a central song database and lyric library.
  • Ensure all media (videos, slides, scriptures, etc.) are correctly formatted and loaded before services.
  • Support the media team with administrative duties such as scheduling, planning, and updating service rundowns.
  • Assist with minor troubleshooting of presentation software (e.g., ProPresenter, PowerPoint, etc.)


Requirements:

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with media software (training can be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A heart for worship and a desire to serve behind the scenes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure during live events
  • Reliability and good time management, especially for service call times.
  • Experience with ProPresenter or similar projection software.
  • Background in church or live event media
