Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Accounts Support:
- Assist with accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
- Ensuring accuracy in the accounting software of the organization
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- Manage expense tracking and petty cash disbursement.
Operations Support:
- Coordinate daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management, procurement, and vendor communications.
- scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Handle customer or client inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to operational performance.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation for both accounts and operations.
- Manage correspondence with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Support management in implementing policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the Accounts and Operations teams to achieve company goals.
- Provide regular updates to supervisors on tasks, progress, and challenges.
- Support audits, financial reviews, and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, operations, or administrative roles.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
