Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all accounting and finance functions. responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The Accountant will work closely with the various departments to support the financial operations of the company and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience I accounting and auditing (accounts payable, receivables and all inventory management).
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
  • Proficiency and required excel or capacity with alternative tools, other CRM or general office tools.
  • Experience in a growing real estate development or construction related.
  • Reconciliation of banks and petty cash and attention to detail
  • Computer literate: MS Office/ Word / Excel is compulsory
  • Must have accounting software knowledge preferably Tally
  • Maintain general ledgers and reconcile accounts (bank and credit)
  • Prepare, review and manage monthly financial statements and analysis of budgets and financial documents for executive managements meetings.
  • Develop and manage expenditure tracking, review payables, transactions oversee payroll functions and track and processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records by conducting periodic audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and report variances.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Process invoices, payments and express reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
  • Assist with payroll processing including calculating employee wages, deductions and benefits.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and resolve any payroll related issues.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Review sales, rental & consulting agreements for accuracy and completeness and track rental/sales contracts and related financial documentations.
  • Review various legal agreements, contracts, engagements templates, consulting and new business proposals memos, including MOUs , service agreements etc.
  • Time management and organizational skills to keep track of activities and stay on schedule.
  • Strong attention to details.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
