Job Summary

Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact post-sales, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This person will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key accounts
  • Conduct regular meetings to ramp up new initiatives, review performance metrics, and strategize growth opportunities
  • Utilize internal resources from event production and design teams to create digital assets for marketing and client engagement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our Junior Account Manager on outbound sales support and operational tasks post-sale
  • Update and maintain CRM tools such as Salesforce and Clari to track client interactions and progress
  • Update and maintain project management tools for your accounts and collaborate with internal teams to keep all deliverables on time
  • Prepare financial analyses and reports to demonstrate account performance and ROI to clients
  • Travel domestically as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (up to 2 weeks per month)


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success) 
  • Proven track record of B2B2C or B2C sales and relationship management
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders of all sizes - Directors, Managers, Founders, etc.
  • You have a track record of successfully growing accounts 
  • You’re hands on, not afraid to roll-up your sleeves, lead client calls, listen to their feedback and work with the wider team on devising a plan to achieve client’s expectations, whilst achieving our objectives
  • Ability to travel domestically and manage client-facing responsibilities effectively
  • Experience with software tools like Salesforce, Monday.com, and Clari is a plus
