Job Description:
Teledata ICT is seeking dynamic and results-driven Account Executives to join our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting tailored internet and connectivity solutions, and closing new business. Depending on your background, you may serve residential or business (B2B) clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert new prospects in assigned customer segments
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate internet packages
- Deliver presentations and demos to potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Splynx)
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent after-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent Teledata ICT in community outreach or customer activation events
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 2+ years of direct or B2B sales experience (telecom/ISP experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical services in simple terms
- Comfortable working on commission-based earnings
- Based in Greater Accra or willing to relocate at own cost
- Own transport or valid driver’s license is a plus
