Snappy is looking for a sales-focused, strategic, and collaborative individual to join our team as an Account Development Representative. As a member of our ADR Team, you’re at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts - contacting professionals across industries with the goal of generating qualified meetings for our sales team.

Job Description/Requirements
You Will:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels like cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
- Research and qualify leads to identify potential customers who are a good fit for our products or services.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively connect with prospects and generate buying interest.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape.
- Work with tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Lusha to discover leads
