Interior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create innovative and functional 3D kitchen designs that align with client requirements and preferences.
• Software Utilization: Utilize a range of 3D design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant tools, to produce high-quality renderings and visualizations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to ensure designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Technical Drawings: Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications for kitchen installations, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to completion, while maintaining strict deadlines.
• Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to meet their needs and expectations.
• Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and appliances that suit the design and budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and are in line with company expectations.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in kitchen design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD is essential. Proficiency in additional software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and other 3D modeling and rendering tools is highly desirable.
• Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop unique kitchen design solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with team members.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all design and technical drawings.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot design issues and propose effective solutions.
