1. Unprecedented Job Placements
In 2023, Jobberman Ghana facilitated an unprecedented number of successful job placements, connecting talented professionals with opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations. We take pride in being a conduit for career growth and personal development.
With a total of 13, 469 jobs listed on our site, we recorded a total of 125, 909 job applications with administrative role toping the chat of job function with the highest applications, while IT & Telecom industry recorded the highest number of applications. In 2023.
2. Enhanced User Experience
Our commitment to providing an intuitive and user-friendly platform led to the launch of several enhancements, making the job search and recruitment process more seamless than ever. User feedback has been instrumental in these improvements, and we remain dedicated to optimizing experiences of our employers and job seekers.
We successfully launched our revamped employer and job seeker dashboard, designed to enhance the user experience for both employers and job seekers.
3. Innovative Employer Solutions
Recognizing the evolving needs of our employer partners, Jobberman Ghana introduced innovative solutions to streamline recruitment processes. Thus, the relevant ranking and recommended candidate feature. From advanced candidate matching algorithms to customizable employer profiles, our platform empowers businesses to find the perfect fit for their teams efficiently.
4. Strategic Partnerships
Building strategic alliances has been a focal point of our efforts in 2023. We forged partnerships with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) within the framework of Invest for Jobs to deliver the M-Fit Project.
100 young women with a STEM background have been trained in essential employability skills and Jobberman is in the process of placing 60 of these young women in permanent tech enabled jobs and seeks to finalize the placement by March 2024.
We finally concluded a 4 year partnership deal with the Mastercard Foundation to implement the HAPPY project which kicks off in January 2024, with the objective of training and connecting 8000 young graduates between 18 and 24years in the agricultural sector in Ghana.
5. Engagement and Outreach
Our commitment to development extended beyond the digital realm. Jobberman Ghana actively extended a free career/ job search guidance to jobseekers at various career and job fairs. Including the IIPGH Tech Job fair, Azubi Tech Job fair, Ghana Communication Technology University internship orientation program, The 2023 Presby Youth Summit, Academic City University College job fair among others.
6. Thought Leadership and Industry Insights
Throughout the year, Jobberman Ghana remained a thought leader in the employment sector, sharing valuable industry insights through webinars, articles, and reports. Our commitment to knowledge-sharing reinforces our dedication to fostering an informed and empowered job-seeking community and an informed employer base.
An executive breakfast meeting with some employers and HR practitioners, as well as an executive roundtable event with employers and key stakeholders in the etch sector. A report on the low participation of girls in STEM was launched in 2023.
7. 11 years of Operations in Ghana
We’ve transformed countless lives, provided hope to job seekers, and enabled employers to find the perfect match for their organizations for business growth. This was a feat worth celebrating.
8. Awards & Recognitions
This year, Jobberman Ghana won the prestigious 2023 Innovative HR Technology Business of the Year award, underscoring its commitment to revolutionizing the HR and technology landscape in Ghana, at the 5th National Communications Awards (NCA) in Accra, as well as the CEO of Jobberman Ghana, Hilda Nimo Tieku also won the distinguished title of CEO of the Year in HR Technology & Innovation.
