One of our proudest moments came in 2023 when Jobberman Ghana partnered with GIZ for the MFIT project, which launched the Soft Skills Training Program, aimed at bridging the skills gap between academic knowledge and practical workplace skills, which saw 60 young women with a STEM background getting trained and placed in jobs.
Currently, Jobberman Ghana has partnered with the Mastercard Foundation and Agri-Impact Limited for the Harnessing Agricultural Productivity and Prosperity for Youth (HAPPY) Project, intending to equip 8,000 young people with essential Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills that employers now deem crucial for career success.
