In an economy where access to job opportunities was fragmented and often inaccessible to many, Jobberman Ghana stepped in as a game changer, building an easy-to-navigate digital platform for job seekers and employers to meet their hiring and employment needs most efficiently and effectively.

From day one, Jobberman Ghana set out to disrupt traditional recruitment methods by making job searching and hiring more efficient, transparent, and accessible. Our platform has evolved from a basic job listing service to a robust hub offering various services, including hybrid recruitment, CV reviews, soft skills training, career development programs, strategic partnerships, and HR Outsourcing.
What began with a handful of dedicated staff has become a thriving team of professionals committed to providing cutting-edge recruitment solutions. Our database has grown exponentially, now boasting tens of thousands of qualified candidates across various sectors. From small businesses to large corporations, we’ve been privileged to serve organisations needing skilled professionals.
Our Impact: Transforming Lives and Businesses
For 12 years, Jobberman Ghana has been at the forefront of tackling unemployment in Ghana. We have done this by partnering with various institutions for career fairs and job fairs across the country. Career coaching workshops have equipped thousands of job seekers with the tools they need to succeed in an ever-evolving job market.
We have reviewed over 150,000 CV’s for free and have successfully placed over 30,000 job seekers into decent jobs across various sectors in Ghana.
One of our proudest moments came in 2023 when Jobberman Ghana partnered with the GIZ to launch the MFIT project, which launched the Soft Skills Training Program aimed at bridging the skills gap between academic knowledge and practical workplace skills. This project w saw 60 young women with a STEM background getting trained and placed in jobs.
Currently, Jobberman Ghana has partnered with the Mastercard Foundation and Agri-Impact Limited for the Harnessing Agricultural Productivity and Prosperity for Youth (HAPPY) Project, intending to equip 8,000 young people with essential Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills that employers now deem crucial for career success.

Jobberman Ghana’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and impact has not gone unnoticed. Over the past 12 years, we’ve received several prestigious awards, which highlight our leadership in the employment and recruitment space. Notable among these are:
2019 Human Resources Company of the Year.
2023 Innovative HR Technology Business of the Year award, underscoring its commitment to revolutionising the HR and technology landscape in Ghana, at the 5th National Communications Awards (NCA) in Accra.
